T400(M) handset
The Technovision® T400(M) was designed for kiosk applications requiring vandal and weather resistant handsets. This allows visitors to listen privately to audio from commercial video and audio players since the T400 (150 ohm handset) can attach directly to the amplified outputs from all Technovision audio players. It can also be connected to a line output with the addition of a 1K resistor. The T400M looks identical to T400, but has a magnet added in the handset, so it can trigger the switch in the T400CRM magnetic cradle. You can identify the T400M by seeing if a paperclip will stick to the notch just below the earpiece.
